SUNDAY: **NOTE ALL STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION**

2:00pm: Students start to arrive for registration/Auditions

4:50pm: Registration/Audition Ends! All students report to                           the band room for introductions and rehearsal 

5:00pm:Welcome & Introductions (University Officials/Camp Staff)

5:30pm:Rehearsal begins

7:00pm:Rehearsal ends 

9:00pm:Good Night! -DRINK A LOT OF WATER 

 

MONDAY:PLEASE STAY HYRATED

TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE(TBA) 

BUS PICK UP AT 7:30AM FROM THE BUS STATIONS 

9:00pm: Rehearsal begins! (Band Practice Field) 

12:00:pm: LUNCH!!! 

12:45: Marching Band Sectionals/Auditions 

1:00pm: Sectional Rehearsals 

4:00pm: DINNER!!! (Area TBA)

5:00pm: Rehearsal Band Practice Field 

7:00pm: Rehearsal ends closing remarks Mr. Beckford 

7:30pm: Buses depart for station 

9:00pm: LIGHTS OUT!!!

 

TUESDAY: **NOTE PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER**

9:00AM: Rehearsal begins! (Band Practice Field) 

12:00pm: LUNCH!!! (Area TBA)

1:30pm: Chamber Ensembles/Concert Bands/Jazz Bands. 

3:30pm: DINNER!!! (Area TBA)

5:00pm: Rehearsal Band Practice Field 

7:00pm: Rehearsal ends closing remarks.

7:30pm: Buses depart for station

1:30pm: Concert Bands/Jazz Bands                                                       (WHITE TOP/BLACK BOTTOMS) FINAL RUN THROUGHS

2:30pm: ALL STUDENTS TO THE LOU RAWLS AUDITORIUM 

3:00pm:CONCERT BEGINS-ALL CONCERT BANDS/                       CHAMBER ENSEMBLES 

6:00pm: CONCERT ENDS 

6:30pm: BAND CAMP PARTY BEGINS

8:30pm: PARTY ENDS-ANNOUNCEMENTS

11:00PM: Buses departure  

 

SATURDAY: **NOTE PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER** CAMP PRESENTATION 

**TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED ON SATURDAY**

7:00am: Music Rehearsal in the Band Room  

9:00am: Load the buses 

9:30am: Departure for Stadium 

10:30am: WARM-UP/QUICK SPOT CHECK

11:00am SHOWCASE BEGINS!

1:00pm SHOWCASE ENDS (PARENTS PICK UP FROM                             THE FIELD NOT THE SCHOOL)
